Terry comes to Howard Hanna Allen Tate with solid Real Estate experience. Prior to moving to Hilton Head, Terry had a successful 8-year career in residential real estate sales in Atlanta GA. Terry specializes in assisting transferees, empty nesters, first time homebuyers and investors.
Terry and her husband have vacationed on Hilton Head for over 30 years with their family, and have lived in Port Royal Plantation for the past 5 years part-time. They have now chosen to make the island and the Low Country “home.”
Terry is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Hilton Head Area Association of Realtors, the Atlanta Board of Realtors and is a Certified Relocation Specialist. She holds both a SC and GA real estate license.
Terry’s interests include golf, horseback riding, gardening and walking on the beach.
